This carded batt is a mix of
70% Maori wool, 27 micron, from New Zealand (Maori wool lots are MULESING FREE) and
30% Bergschaf (mountain sheep), 33 micron, from Austria.

The shorter fibre makes felting a breeze.

Lovely mottled colours in the finished project.

This is a great batt for needle and wet felting.

Used for wet felting, it is wonderful for Home Decoration items, shoes or sturdy bags. Produces a very stable felt -- a premium fibre of choice for felters.

The batt is weighed out by human hands and might be in a couple pieces.

The dyeing complies with Oeko-Tex Standard 100 and is done in Italy at DHG which is GOTS 5.0 and GRS certified.
