With the studio/ shop on a third floor walk up, my large orders are shipped to our home. Then transferred into the blue bags from the large Swedish furniture retailer and brought to the studio in piecemeal. So this is what 40 kg of felting wool looks like. .
New for the shop: silk hankies, flax roving, selected colours of 16 Micron roving, dyed silk hankies and more colours of Maori batt.
It’s dyeing time here. These are lovely locks from teeswater sheep. Perfect for doll hair and felting work. The colour of these are steel grey, bluish and “blond”. These ones will be VERY hard to part with…. .
