Commercial Wefts.
So excited to announce that my shop now carries commercial wefts. I’m going to photograph and list them next week! I’m starting with a small selection and depending on demand will expand the selection. Super excited!
Pre-Felt Ribbon.
Inspired by spools of pre-felt ribbon that I carry in the shop (made by @dhgshop), this shawl was born yesterday. Channeling inspiration from butterfly wings, stained glass windows and a hefty portion of intuitive working. I love it’s structure and softness (18 micron merino roving). It Wilmer available @peterboroughfiberfestival next Saturday.
Where am I today.
Its a bit of a challenge to know where I am on what day on this trip. This was even confusing me. &;
These hands.
Spending time with my favourite aunt knitting together. It’s her 86. Birthday today. As a young girl I spent as many vacations with her as I could. Sometimes knitting every waking moment. She is knitting a pair of baby booties I learned to make from her. My heart is full!
Travel diary.
Today mini-me is heading to London for an overnight stay with a TGV train. We are very excited.
