100% Wool Batt for Stuffing and Felting

100% wool batt – very clean

I use this batt exclusively for stuffing dolls – it has just the right amount of “stickiness” to make stuffing Waldorf-inspired dolls a snap.

It also makes an amazing felt with an almost industrial appearance.

Great core wool for needle felting.

The fibre is from the German “Landschaf” (country sheep). It is a very short fibre that makes an exceptional felt.

Middle-fine – 24 micron, creamy white to yellowish. Dyes well.

The lower weight batt is generally in a strip 15 – 20 cm wide and the length it takes to make up the weight (i.e. a long strip). If you order a lower width, and need a square piece, please let me know.

1kg of batt is approximately 120cm wide × 200cm long. Thickness may vary throughout the batt.
