Returns and Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery, provided items are unused, in their original packaging, and in their original condition.
Please contact us before returning any merchandise. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds exclude original shipping charges.
Custom orders and cut-to-length materials are non-returnable unless defective.
Damaged, Incorrect or Missing Items
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If any items are damaged, incorrect or missing, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can resolve the issue promptly.
The 7-day notification period is separate from the 30-day return and exchange period and does not limit applicable statutory consumer rights.
